All of our ingredients are world-renowned for their quality and flavor. Our key ingredients are imported from Italy and vegetables and greens are locally-grown.

SAN MARZANO TOMATOES

These tomatoes pack a strong, sweet, less acidic flavor into a small package. Grown in the rich volcanic soil of Campania, Italy, they have been awarded the D.O.P seal of authenticity. Their sweet tomato taste and minimal seeds make them the optimal tomato for our tasty pizza sauce.

DOUBLE ZERO CAPUTO FLOUR

Our light and airy pizza crust can be attributed to our use of Caputo “00” flour, a fine grade sworn by most Neapolitan pizzaiolos. This flour is 100% natural with zero additives and contains only 11-12% gluten.

MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA

This traditional Italian mozzarella requires a nine-step process to ensure its unique taste and creamy texture. It is imported from Campania, Italy, awarding it the D.O.P seal of approval. Mozzarella di Bufala is higher in calcium and protein while lower in cholesterol than traditional fresh mozzarella.

FRESH BASIL

We use locally grown basil to add a sweet, fresh finish to our pizzas.

GRAPE TOMATOES

Cultivated since the early 1800s, the grape tomato is sweet and savory. It serves as the perfect topping for our Provola Pizza.

FRESH MOZZARELLA

Our mozzarella is made from curd on a daily basis to ensure the freshest quality cheese for our pizzas.
